1. THE DESIGN PROCESS
Draped by the designer herself, each piece is tailored to fit and look the best on the charming wearer. Tailored under guidance & strict quality checks, the garments are delicate yet detailed to perfection. The silhouettes are designed for a casual and classy day & night wear. The range includes casual, club wear & beach wear. We will shortly be introducing jewelry, braids, bags and beach essentials.
2. HOW TO ORDER?
You can order our beautiful pieces online from our website through PayPal.
Paypal accepts all major Debit & Credit cards.
3. SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are added in the time of shipment according to your Country codes at the checkout. Please note these charges are for 500gms packet order ( upto 3 garments approximately) and if the package exceeds the weight, additional charges will incur on the same for which the customer will be informed via separate email from Steal Noire Shipping team.
Disclaimer – Please note that the import duty/ taxes shall be paid by the buyer if and when applicable in accordance to the country authorizations and policies.
4. HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
As soon as you place your order with us, it will take 3 days for us to process your order. Generally it takes 7 working days for the product to reach you. The products will be sent to you by DHL.
You can request for an express delivery as well. Please note the shipping charges here may increase.
Once the product is shipped out, a tracking number will be emailed to you in a separate email through which you can track the true estimated time of arrival of your package.
As we are a start up, we appreciate your patience in case the order is delayed to more than 7 days for custom sizes or sizes unavailable readily.
Please note the shipping charges will be added in the bill while check out automatically, respective to the country codes.

Sorry, we do not offer returns/cancellations as of now. We at the studio take immense care and responsibility that the garments reach out to you exactly as you selected on the website. Refunds/ exchange can only be considered if the piece is received damaged. In this case please contact as soon as you receive the packet via email with photographs attached along with it.
