However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return or exchange the item. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must meet the following conditions:

- The product you receive has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect. If you believe the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please take a photograph of it as soon as you open the packaging.
- Sorry, we do not offer returns/cancellations as of now. We at the studio take immense care and responsibility that the garments reach out to you exactly as you selected on the website. Refunds/exchanges can only be considered if the piece is received damaged. In this case please contact us as soon as you receive the packet via email with photographs attached along with it.
If your purchase meets our return criteria, please contact our customer care team within 2 days of delivery with the following details: order number, delivery address, the reason for return, and an image of the item in case of a defective or incorrect product. A reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 3-4 business days, and the product must be unused, unworn, and with the original tags intact. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns.
If you require a different size for the same clothing style you purchased, you may contact us to schedule a reverse pick-up. Once we receive the unused product at our warehouse, we will issue you a credit note (after deducting applicable shipping charges), which you can use to place a new order and choose the correct size. Please note that size exchanges will not be possible during special pricing periods.
The replacement product will be shipped out to you once the returned item reaches our warehouse, and it will be delivered to you in our standard delivery time of 5 working days for domestic shipments. Credit notes will be sent to the registered email address or the email address used to make the purchase and are valid for one year from the date of issuance. We offer replacements or size exchanges only for the same product or style you purchased, and house and home products can be returned only in case of genuine quality defects.
