We currently offer free standard shipping within India on all orders above a certain value. For orders below the specified amount, a nominal shipping fee will be charged. We also offer international shipping to select countries at a flat shipping fee.

Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the package and the shipping location. The shipping charges will be added to the order total at the time of checkout.

For domestic orders totaling more than INR 5,000, we provide free shipping. The total shipping cost will be computed at checkout and ranges from INR 150 to INR 500. The final weight and volume of the package to be delivered determine the fees. No matter how big your basket is, we’ll never charge you more than INR 500 for shipping.

Shipping Methods:

If we are unable to contact the customer or rectify the issue, the package will be returned to us, and the customer will be issued a refund for the order total, excluding the shipping charges.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery. If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email within 2-3 working days, please check your spam folder or contact our customer support team.
